Shoji Screens and Doors

Shoji Screens and Doors translated as ‘Interceptor’ is a sliding panel used as a window or door in the traditional Japanese house.

Shoji Screens and Doors produce sliding doors and panels as well as bi-fold screens, which combine the visual appeal of traditional materials with the practicality demanded by the Australian lifestyle. By using a specially produced fibreglass panel, a soft diffused light is achieved yet is far more practical and durable than paper.

Shoji Screens and Doors are custom made in Queensland. Frames are constructed of solid timbers in a choice of timbers. The panels are available in 2mm fibreglass or a range of acrylics. The fibreglass is opaque giving total visual privacy and yet is translucent allowing soft light to filter.

Shoji Screens & Doors are committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and service.
